Saint Anthony Bracelet, Paua Shell & Gemstone Beads, Christian Jewelry
Saint Anthony of Padua is a much loved Christian Saint in many Christian churches, and this bracelet remembers him with a little brass medal showing him carrying the child Jesus in his arms.
The stretch bracelet is made with gemstone beads, with 3 natural paua shell ovals at the front. The medal of St Anthony hangs at the front along with a small brass cross. I've used 8mm round green nephrite jade (greenstone) and rich blue howlite beads, separated with wee 4mm round natural amethyst beads between the larger beads.
St Anthony is known as a patron of the poor, the starving, the patron saint of seekers of lost persons or articles, travelers, and shipwrecks. He is credited with many miracles involving lost people, lost things and people who have lost their footing on their spiritual path.
The pictured bracelet is a large size, which will be a snug fit on a wrist measuring 18cm / 7 inches. Smaller and large sizes will have a slightly different arrangement of beads to make the bracelet the right size for you.
Here is a general guide to sizing:
Women - Small: 16cm (6."), Medium: 17cm (6.5"), Large: 18cm (7"), Larger: 19cm (7.5"), X-Large: 20cm (8").
Measure your wrist and order that size if you want it to sit firmly on your wrist, or the next size up for a looser fit. You can choose the size you want from the drop-down menu at checkout.
This is a lovely faith bracelet for everyday wear, which would also make a thoughtful gift for a friend. It comes attractively packaged with a card about the saint and the gemstone beads.
